A tall and ornate astral or solar lamp with a heavily detailed Rococo Brass base. I have had this base before and it was signed Hopper Boston. Prisms could be hung from the pierced rounded leaf detail in the center of the lamp, but it hides the beauty of the base with a finely cut & period astral shade.
